Zenfinity Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Zenfinity app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Zenfinity.
• One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be terminated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content (profile photos, usernames, etc.).
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users through social features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Manipulate leaderboards, XP, streaks, or challenge results through fraudulent means.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Subscriptions and Purchases

• Premium features and digital products (workout programs, nutrition guides, cookbooks) are available for purchase through the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made (Apple or Google).
• License keys purchased through our website are single-use and non-transferable.

Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, logos, animations, workout programs, nutrition guides, and other materials in Zenfinity are owned by Zenfinity Business and protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Zenfinity content without written permission.
• Your user-generated content (workout logs, meal entries, profile data) remains yours, but you grant us a license to store and display it as needed to provide the Service.

Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise the safety of other users.
• Terminated accounts lose access to all purchased content and premium features.

Limitation of Liability

• Zenfinity is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the app or its fitness/nutrition content.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
