Zenfinity Privacy Policy

What We Collect
- Account info: Name, email, and profile details you provide during sign-up.
- Fitness data: Workouts, meals, body measurements, and streaks you log in the app.
- Device info: Device model, OS version, and app version for crash reporting.
- Health data: If you enable Apple Health sync, we read workout and activity data. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- Photos: If you use the AI calorie estimator, photos are sent to Google Gemini for analysis and are not stored.
How We Use It
- To provide app features: tracking workouts, meals, streaks, XP, and leaderboards.
- To sync your data across devices via cloud backup.
- To send notifications you have opted into (workout reminders, streak alerts).
- To display your profile on leaderboards and social features (friends, activity feed).
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not serve ads.
- We do not share your health data with anyone.
Data Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device and backed up to our servers (Cloudflare Workers with D1 database). Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth (Google).
Third-Party Services
- Firebase Auth - authentication (email, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In)
- Google Gemini - AI food scanning (photos processed, not stored)
- RevenueCat - subscription management
- Expo - push notifications
Delete Your Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
Children
Zenfinity is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
